If you seem to be having trouble with foods and have ruled out celiac disease, you can start on an elimination diet to figure out what is affecting you.  Get down to a basic diet that doesn&#039;t bother you and then add one ingredient at a time and keep a diary of what you eat and any symptoms you may have.  
The other thing to keep in mind that even though the test rules out celiac disease, you could still be allergic to wheat, gluten or barley as well as just be sensitive to one of them.  Also, testing negative for CD today doesn&#039;t mean you won&#039;t develop it in the future if you have the genetics to predispose you to it.</description>
