In researching bread makers on the internet it appears that some have a special programme “gluten free”. Does this mean that any bread maker without this programme is not suitable for gluten free bread?

By your spelling of the disease I think you are not in the UK so hope these help.Coeliac Soc. co,UK. that is a great site, also if you type in ceiac you will be directed to the amercan and australian site. Juvela have a web site as do Glutafin, these are primarily for buying food but also give interesting facts.
My husband has been diagnosed coeliac since March last year so we are just getting used to all the diets etc.
He/we cope really well except for the bread which was horrible but he now makes his own and its great. Also Juvela have just bought out a new line called Juvela fresh and that is tasty as well.
